RB Leipzig secured a hard-fought 3-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, thanks in large part to goals from two key players: Olmo and Nkunku.
Olmo was the standout performer for RB Leipzig, scoring the team's first goal in the 22nd minute with a well-taken finish. His second goal came just before half-time, when he received a pass from Nkunku and beat the Dortmund defense with a powerful shot that found the back of the net.
Nkunku also had a big impact on the game, providing the assist for Olmo's opening goal. He then scored his own goal in the 58th minute, driving past several defenders before slotting home a low shot that beat goalkeeper Roman Buerki.
Despite being down to ten men after the dismissal of Marcel Sabitzer in the 69th minute, RB Leipzig showed great resilience to hold onto their lead until the final whistle. They will be hoping to build on this victory as they look to continue their impressive form in the Bundesliga.
