Paris Saint-Germain's star forward, Alexandre Lacazette, has confirmed that he will remain at Lyon for the foreseeable future, despite interest from other clubs.

In an interview with RMC Sport, Lacazette said: "I'm happy here in Lyon. I love this club and I want to stay. I've been here since 2016 and I feel very comfortable."

The French striker also spoke about his desire to help Lyon compete for the Ligue 1 title next season.

"I want to win titles. That's what we're all working towards," he added. "I know it won't be easy but I believe in my teammates and I have confidence in myself as well."

Lacazette's comments come after PSG made a reported £45 million bid for the forward last summer, but Lyon rejected the offer. The striker was then linked with moves to Manchester United and Chelsea, before finally agreeing to sign a new contract with the club.

Despite the speculation surrounding his future, Lacazette has shown no signs of wavering in his commitment to Lyon. He is currently one of the best strikers in Europe and has helped the club to achieve success on both domestic and international stages.
